In the "Topographical Dictionary of English Immigrants to New England..." by Charles Edward Banks, there is list explaining abbreviations given after the individual's name. What is the full reference for the following: Banks Mss. - Charles E. Banks Mss. in Library of Congress This ref. is given after my ancestor's name, Thomas GROVER, from Chesham, England to Charlestown, Mass. Also listed is a Samuel Grover. I am trying to determine if this is, in fact, my Thomas Grover or another. I'd like to be able to locate the above reference, if possible, to see exactly what it is - primary source!
