Does anyone out there know the FOSTER that Hattie M. Dinsmore presumably married? She had a child Nettie Foster. Hattie was from Whiting, Maine daughter of Charles Dinsmore. Nettie was living with the grandparents at age 8 in 1880 in Trescott, Maine. Hattie ended up marrying George W. Willey in 1881 and lived in Windham, Maine.
