Dear Roger and Dee We must all be related. My ancestry goes back to the Mayflower. Nathan Preston, Sr. and Elizabeth Rumery are in my line. My great great grandparents were Joseph Jones and Mary Preston Jones..............came to New York/Pa from Washington Co., Maine. Their daughter, Samantha Belle Jones McKinster is my great grandmother and she was born in Maine, came to New York, PA area and then moved on to Eau Claire, WI as did many of the people from that area.. The Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire is filled with Garnetts, Prestons, Jones, McKinsters along with many others who originated in Washington Co., Maine.
