I just checked the Civil War pension index at Ancestry.com. Keziah Butler filed for a widow's pension on 8 May 1863, certificate no. 13.415. If she remarried after that time, the pension would have been terminated. This information would be in the pension file. You can get a copy of the pension file from the US National Archives by completing and sending in NATF Form 85, which you can request at www.nara.gov.
