Dear Listers: Once again the Hancock County Genealogical Society will meet Saturday, Feb. 17th, at 2:30 pm in the Riverview Room of the Ellsworth Library. We are proud to present, as featured speaker, one of our own most talented and knowledgeable members, Charlene Clemons, Asst. Librarian at the above mentioned library. Charlene's topic will be "Researching at a Library". This subject will serve us all well, especially as she has done so much to make the Alvin S. Whitmore Memorial Collection a valuable resource for anyone searching for ancestors here in Downeast Maine.
