Hello! This month's update of the Campobello NB Site is complete and contains: 4 Photo's added to the Photographs and Images Page 4 Postcards added to the Photographs and Images Page 1897-1903 Baptisms under Cemeteries & Churches Thomas Storrow information on Miscellaneous Pages Vessels under 40 ton built at Campobello on Miscellaneous Pages (Many names are listed here) A number of Obituaries under Vital Records and Obituaries *A New Search Engine is located on the site, try it out, it's great. HOWEVER I have just discovered that there is one small problem. When transcribing census records I used a "ditto" to save typing the surname on each line. As a result, every line that has a "ditto" is not recognized. (I used a ditto for ALL census records.) So if you are looking for a particular child/person, you may want to search for the parents name and then you will be able to locate the family of this person, and hopefully the person you are looking for. I will work at revamping the census records and removing the "ditto" but it is going to take time.* Next Update February 15. As always, please let me know if there are any broken links... Thanks!
