Burnham went to Madison from Troy when his widowed mother, Elizabeth McKusick Estes, married Asa Nichols. He was listed in the 1880 and 1910 Madison census. The History of Madison, page 50 of the new version, refers to the "late" Burnham Estes and seems to be in an article presented in 1903. Does someone have information on this man? Marian
