He married Gertrude Edna Hiscock 19 Aug 1911. They had one daughter, Margaret Estes, born about 1913. Note: This family seems to have preferred the HISCOCK spelling of the name, although some have it HITCHCOCK. Gertrude and Burnham divorced and she married Stephen P. Farrell on 22 Sep 1923. Gertrude had a son with Kusta Victor Paavola, I believe a Finnish Sailor, who returned to Finland and Russia. After she married Burnham the child was given the name Phillip Vernon Estes, born 5 Mar 1910. Burnham Clinton Estes died Mar 1969 in Unity, see SSDI. Burnham L. Estes was born in Maine in 1863, died in Pittsfield. He married a Margaret J. Ketch, born 1866 in Caribou, Aroostook,Me. Elijah Estes also had a son named Burnham, born 20 Jan 1828 in Troy, Waldo,Maine died 4 Oct 1890 in Troy. He married Elizabeth ..? The above does not agree with other information published on this list. However, there seems to be more "Burnhams" out there. Comments and corrections appreciated. John
