John Campbell of Bowdoin had descendants in Norridgewock, Wellington, and Kingsbury, as well as Penobscot County. I've found three different versions of his ancestry: G.F. Ridlon, Leory Campbell, and the IGI. There may be more. Does anyone have the real scoop? - Jeanne
