In addition to Hiram and Samuel the family also had a son Freeman born in 1841 in Gardener (?) Maine; a daughter, Elvira (1847), a son Melvin (1849), a son Eugene (1851), a daughter Mary (1853), and a son Selden (1856), all born somewhere in Maine, although I don't know where. The family emigrated to Wisconsin between 1856 and 1859 and settled in the Prescott area in the northwestern part of the state. Any information about where they lived, church affiliation, or why they left would be very useful. Thanks again. Tim Ericson
