Hayden who was born May 24, 1802 in Madison, Somerset, Maine. His parents Elisha Hayden and Hannah Noble lived in the area for a short time. The data I have comes from the "Hayden Family Quarterly" Vol. 1, 1 Jan. 1929, pages 62 & 146 and from the "History & Genealogy of the Family of Thomas Noble of Westfield, Ma." by Lucius M. Boltwood, Publ. Hartford, Conn. 1878 - Page 60. Elisha B. Hayden married Harriet Amanda Reynolds, I assume in Maine, December 13, 1825. Hannah Noble, mother of Elisha B., was born April 9, 1757 in Stroudwater, Cumberland, Maine and died June 11, 1802 in Madison, Somerset, Maine. Because Maine is quite far from Holland, Ohio (my residence) I'm trying to get court documents to prove the above. Any help you can give to me would certainly be appreciated.
