This is to announce the recent publication of a book entitled Nathan Fish (1748 - ca. 1811) and His Wife Betsey Kinney/Kenney, Early Settlers of Starks, Maine and Their Descendants (Vol. I) This volume follows Nathan Fish's family from Groton, MA, to "Balltown," ME, to Starks, ME, where they settled in the early 1780's. It carries the family down through four generations. Published by the Penobscot Press of Rockport, ME, this is a hardcover edition, printed on 244 pages. It is fully referenced and includes an every-name index, several maps and original documents, as well as over 40 photographs. If you have family in the area, you may be interested in this work.
