Hello, I would like to let all of those who are researching Canaan, Somerset Co., ME that I have updated the website. I've added quite a bit of new information. I've added some marriages and deaths from the Canaan VRs (I don't have all of the pages, though, and would appreciate any additions), information of several of the early clergy in Canaan, and photos and information on Barrett Park. I was able to visit Canaan last summer and I took as many photos of the Old Village Cemetery as I had time for and I've added a partial enumeration for the cemetery to the site. If you have any additional information to add, please let me know. I am going to add the photos of the stones that I have listed, and would especially love to add photos of any other stones in the cemetery that anyone would be willing to share.
