The line I am researching includes: William Merritt, born 1792 in NC died GA, m Edna Vason Edward Clinch Merritt b 1824 in GA d 1891 Bibb County GA, m Nancy Samantha Jones & Martha Ann Jones who were sisters. Edward's children include Samuel, Thomas, Robert (my grandfather), Annie, Mary, Lillie and George. George was born in 1880 and married Grace. Their children were George and Marjorie.
