She was from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she married a Harry Gordon in 1755. She had children there and also had them in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware, USA. There are several marriages for this couple. Harry Gordon and Hannah Meredith were married privately in 1755 by the Chaplain of a British Regiment in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have located two other weddings for the couple. On 30 January 1762, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA there was a public wedding. Another occurred on 4 May 1763 at the old Trinity or old Swedes church in Wilmington, Newcastle, Delaware, USA. I noticed references to a Robert and Job Meredith, among others in Delaware in the information in rootsweb. Do you have anything that may connect my Hannah Meredith into your research.
