It'll be white-on-black and not necessarily the clearest. If you have the "Bundle" and "Record" numbers, you can make a clearer black-on-white copy yourself from a microfilm at a Family History Center. Get the microfilm number by searching their library catalog under the heading "New York, New York - Naturalization and Citizenship".
