You can go ahead and post it. However, the site is an orphan. I can no longer edit the data. Seems that when Yahoo took over Geocities I did not move it in time, so they left it up, but I no longer have any access. So it's up there, mistakes and all. I have delved deeper into the mystery of my Meredith family since then and discovered a lot more. It seems that Joseph(b1813, Ohio) noted in the 1880 census that his father was from Delaware. I don't know which Delaware line and that's my current brick wall. I did discover that Joseph was a minister of Gospel(also according to the 1880 census) who moved from Indiana to kansas and then to Terrell,Kaufman County ,Texas, where he died in 1885. He is buried in Oakland Cemetery in Terrell. A distant cousin found this site and we have since put together a number of recent generations, most of them living in the Texas-Oklahoma area.
