Cicile was b. 7/19/1912 St. Armand, Canada d. 6/7/1990 Bristol, Vermont. Oliver Menard b. Canada was the s/o/ Oliver Menard and Melvina Denise b. Corwall, Vermont. This sounds like what you are looking for. I have some Rheaume's who m. into my Menards back in the early 1700's in Canada and am just now starting to research them.
