Ticonderoga N.Y.c1852 of parents from Belgium(?). The family emigrated to Canada when he was very young. Joe Menard spent his life in the Ottawa ON area, marrying a Celina(Selina) Seguin. Their children's generation changed the surname to MANOR. In the late 1930's/early 40's J. Menard/Manor visited "cousins" in the U.S., a J. NEAL MINOR in McCrae Georgia and a MRS. ALLARD & son RAYMOND ALLARD in HARTFORD CT. Appreciate any help in connecting with Ticonderoga(?) records (Where are they today?)(RC church/baptismal?)NY relatives? and Georgia descendants of J.
