She was born about 1830...April 1830 possibly, in Canada. I do not trust the census records to be 100 percent accurate, but that is what it shows. Julia married Pierre / Peter Fournier about 1847/1848. Peter Fournier was in Clinton county, NY by 1840, from either Vermont (Alburg, Grand Isle county) or Quebec.
