HENNEBERRY, Olive HENNEBERRY, Olive (nee Menard) - In loving memory of Olive (nee Menard) Henneberry. The family announces with sorrow her passing Friday evening, December 29th, 2006 at Extendicare York at the age of 82 years. Olive was born in Eganville, she married Leonard in Arnprior in 1943. She loved to embroider and knit both mittens and socks. Olive grew a magnificent flower garden, especially roses. All of her life she enjoyed playing cards such as solitaire and was a champion Euchre player. She took pride in her personal appearance, as well as her house where her siblings called her "Mrs. Clean" and said you could eat off the floor. Olive spent many years in Florida with her husband sharing wonderful walks and collecting seashells. The family wish to thanks the staff at Extendicare York, 5th Floor for their care, kindness and friendship. Beloved wife of Leonard Henneberry predeceased 1989. Loving mother of Glorianne Mallette (husband Norm) and Barbara Young (husband Bob) of Sudbury, Jean Lamoureux predeceased 1986 and Mary Frances. Cherished grandmother of Marc Mallette of Windsor, Monique Fry (husband Chris) of Mississauga, Dave Young (wife Lori), Paul Young (wife Julie) both of Sudbury, predeceased by Sandra and Lenny Lamoureux. Dear great grandmother of Danielle, Eric, Amanda, Alisha, Jordan, Kas (wife Tracy) Nathan (fiancee Lyndsay), Tasha, Alicia and Kyla. Dear daughter of Oliver and Gertrude Menard both predeceased. Dear sister of Earl predeceased (wife Marion) of Mississauga, Jean Proulx (husband Joseph) of Arnprior, Ellen Warden of Ottawa (husband Andrew predeceased), Marie Dionne predeceased (husband Ray of Sudbury), Mary-Anne Pratt (husband Russell) of Chilliwack, B.C., predeceased by Catherine Coulas (husband Walter),Carmel Scheel (husband Percy) and Robert. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Dear sister in law of Jim and Lois Henneberry, Geraldine and Jim Sawtell, Glen and Kathy Henneberry. At Olive's request there will be no public visitation or service. Cremation, Interment in the family plot at Civic Cemetery this spring.
