I am seeking information on my 3ggrandfather, Jacob Menard, born 1811 in Little Massca Canada. He lived in Berks County, PA and died in 1882. I have hit the "brick wall" and cannot find any information on his parents or the location of Little Massca. I would appreciate any help. Ray Miller
