In my database I have a Marie Belrose Menard who married Berger Veroneau on Nov. 15, 1815 in Chambly, Quebec. This information was from Antoine Loiselle's index of marriages for Quebec. ( See your local LDS FHL for the films under Quebec-Vitals----A. Loiselle) The parents of Marie Belrose Menard were Pierre Menard and Amable Chartier The parents of Berger Veroneau were: Louis Veroneau and Amable Lefort. I do not know if this could be your relative as the names "Marie" and "Menard" were rather common. If you could trace back to this couple, I could help more. Good Luck! Karen
