I don't try to keep a regular sleep schedule....I stay on the computer till I'm pretty sleepy....also must admit I sleep here in my chair at times...It kinda lays back like a recliner and I have my 'mouse' on a little table nearby...so it's pretty comfy with pillows...I always read myself to sleep...when I drop the book a time or two I know it's 'lights out time'....I get up when I wake up, read the paper, do the puzzles , take my pills with a handful of crackers or banana and drink a mug of hot Oolong tea...loaded with sugar, honey, creamer and milk...go back to bed and nap...even take an afternoon nap if I'm sleepy. 3 of my meds say they can make you sleepy, so don't know if my age makes me need naps or the pills...all in all, not a bad deal for a retired person...Jeannie T ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On Fri, 22 Feb 2013 03:02:26 -0500 Barbara Mangan <[email protected]> writes: > Jeannie, its 3:00 in the morning and you have my stomach growling for > some > of that delicious sounding soup and stew.
