We had a HEAVY snow storm in Tucson and it was bitterly cold. OK take that with a grain of salt if you live somewhere with real winters and real snow storms. For us desert rats, it was very impressive and best of all, it was pretty much gone in an hour or so. We were twice blessed with snow but we got the really good stuff with the first batch. The second one came down nicely, but didn't really stick. Here is what a HEAVY snow storm looks like to desert rats. I'd love to see it, Joyce, but you will have to send it to me privately, Rootsweb strips all attachments. Elaine "Mama exhorted her children at every opportunity to 'jump at de sun.' I never listen to news or weather. But my man keeps me posted. Have some southern states been having snow storms along side tornado warninngs? Viola > >
Yes, kind of strange weather all over. We should be having rain in Feb. here in northern Ca. Sure hope we get more, when you dig down deep the ground is pretty dry. Need the rain dance I guess.
