Oolong is a full bodied tea, sometimes grown in Mainland China..or my fave...Formosa oolong...I steep one tea bag in a pint of water...Remove bag, add honey, sugar, creamer and milk....Drink half hot with my breakfast crackers, the rest sometime during the day...Not really allowed caffeine ....The honey is from W TN where I was raised...and is from wildflowers, soybean and cotton blooms...I buy cases of quart jars once in awhile....Seems like it is about 4 or 5 dollars a quart...but the same honey is $10.00 in local stores over there....Closer to 20 here...GREAT on biscuits !
