    3. Hi everyone, I had my eye injection on Wednesday, so I always change my sheets and pillow cases the day before and wash the thin blanket I keep over my comforter, make sure the bedroom is dusted, wash the cover on my chair, and vacuum good. I have to be so careful the next three days, the doctor said the hole from the needle, is also the way anything could get in to my eye, and cause a infection. So I stay indoors mostly, and don't put any fans on, or do much of any cleaning, don't want to lose my right eye. I am always worried the first few days, he said after three days, it has grown a film over the injection site, but I still have to put antibiotic drops in my eye for several days. I came home from the doctors on Wednesday and was just miserable till the next morning. Woke up Thursday morning and felt drained, and weak, didn't sleep good, only got a couple of hours sleep. Felling better today, but won't go outside till tomorrow, than might do a little yard work, if I feel good. Annette, you can complain any time you want to, falling is a scary thing, I do it all the time, and I am lucky my husband keeps a good eye on me, especially when I am outside !!! We just don't have good balance anymore, and with my bad eye, and very little vision, I have hardly any perception any more. I fell outside a while ago, got up, but had cut my arm on a piece of yard decoration, didn't go to the hospital, I washed it good, put some 3 in one ointment on it, with a bandage. It took that wound over 4 months to heal, I still have a small scar where I hit my arm. I ended up with scratches all over my legs and arms the week end we cut up that tree branch in the front yard. Most are healed now, but looked like for a while as if I had a fight with several cats, and they got the best of me. I heal pretty fast, but for that one hurt, don't know why it took so long, maybe there was something in the cut ??? When I was my granddaughters babysitter, (from the day she was born, till 4 years old) as soon as she went into nursery school a couple of days a week, what ever she caught, colds, flu's, sore throat's, I got sick too, than the husband got it. I can't tell you how many ear aches she had, she was on some antibiotic all the time (at least it seemed to me at the time). I made a pork roast on Tuesday the day before the eye doctor, and now I added beans, I am putting in some green salsa, green chilies (mild ones) and making burritos for dinner tonight. I hope they turn out to be good, I like a wet burrito, so will put a little of the mixture over the top, with lots of cheese and eat it with a fork and knife. Have a good Friday everyone, Sully in Sunny California
