Well Bob and my son Robert went golfing on Saturday and Kimberly and I went shopping and I think we walked three miles in all but except for a few sore muscles we had a wonderful time and we did not spend that much money. Just enjoyed each others company. The weather was beautiful not too hot and humid and there was a beautiful breeze all day. Just perfect. One good thing about St.Augustine is that there is always something to see. Levi is doing fine and goes back to school on Wednesday of this week. I am getting back on my usual schedule. I do exercises at ten on channel 15. It is called Sit and Be Fit. Then I will ride my stationery bike and walk my dogs and now the pool is open so there is no excuse not to exercise but at my age I cannot do them all in one day so must make out a weekly schedule. glad things are getting back to normal, what ever that is. You are doing it right, not try to do all exercises in one day. I envy you with the pool, would like to have a pool again and go out when ever I wanted to. It is funny when we had a pool hubby wouldn't go in it just once in a while. The kids and I were in it every day. But as time passed and the kids left home and mama was the one cleaning the pool in the country with fields and lots of dust around I sold it. The neighbors have one they say we can use any time, but I don't use it. They work and are gone alot but just feel funny to use it. Glad Levi can go back to school. Hope all goes well for him. I used to shop with my sis in law never bought much just enjoyed looking, some times it is the compionship and laughing about things you see and would never buy that is the fun part.
