    3. Well I hope to get them in earlier this year. I have potatoes that are sprouted and ready to go, I just have to decide where to put the bin. Last year I had it inside of my fenced garden - will probably do the same. I'll have to get out there and get them planted. Our weather is usually not warm enough to plant things before May, although things like peas & lettuce should be fine.
