They did, indeed, Neysa. Elaine Never believe that a few caring people can't change the world. Does anyone know how many members are left on ML? We all used to have so much to say---but I think that nasty woman Ema came on and ruined it with her nasty attitude. Her posts were strange and she was downright insulting. This was such a wonderful list before that--we talked about lots of good things and shared ideas and stuff. Valentine was the best, she helped me with genealogy stuff many times and loved her posts and her pictures of her area of IL. and also when she went to the Ellen DeGeneres show and all the great gifts and stuff! I do talk to "Lil Ellen" a couple of times a year and at last email she was doing well and enjoying her grandchildren and all life has to offer-she is a great person and has lots of interests-I do enjoy talking to her. Pat H. was a nice person but took offense at little things people said and then she would say insulting things about them-I do not like that! The men were great at starting us off on certain subjects--lots of great banter back and forth! I don't get to travel as much as I used to~~~ so not as much to talk about, but I still cook often and love to try new recipes and feed people! Tessi was one in a million and just had such a wonderful way about her-you just loved her and the little girls so much--she was and is sadly missed---loved all her posts and pictures! Any ideas on how to get the list hopping again? I really miss all the emails I used to wake up to from this list!!! Helen
DEAR (ML) FRIENDS, I AM STILL HERE WITH YOU !. I do not write much as my life style has changed so in last few years. my glacoma is getting worse and things in my back yard are not going well. Its rough to be alone and now its even rougher to get my MEDS. As I have been a diabetic sence age 12 yrs old. I fight dailey with the pharmacey so it seems. Life in South Georgia is not well. Our town has dryed up and about blown away. Jobs are as scarce as Hens teeth and life as it use to be is gone. But then as life declines in one area it gets better in other states. TIME CHANGES EVERYTHING !!. But everything in Washington D.C. gets better & better . I get so depressed and get down right ugly at times. What ever happened to right & wrong ?. Now the people in Washington D.C. are telling me what words I can use and Words I can not use. Lord help us all. As a old Lady I Pray a lot. Have a good Evening everyone. Sincerely, Ginny Smith, ( South Georgia) -------------------------------------------------- From: "helen ware" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, April 10, 2013 5:18 PM To: <[email protected]> Subject: [ML] members > Does anyone know how many members are left on ML? > We all used to have so much to say---but I think that nasty woman Ema came > on and ruined it with her nasty attitude. > Her posts were strange and she was downright insulting.
