Good morning Friends It's Monday, when I first opened my eyes, I didn't want to get up. Our one cat Willy Boy was on the bed, he was making a funny noise, he wanted one of us to get up and feed him. I thought if I lay here like I am asleep, maybe my husband will get up and feed him and make the coffee, but no luck !!! So here I am on the computer, fed both cats, and made the coffee, and I am sitting here drinking my first cup. I always have this anticipation when I am about to look at Memory Lane Posts, but what a let down, no new posts???? I have to get everything ready for our taxes today, my husband has a appointment with the tax man.. Wednesday I have my eye treatment, and you know what that means, one day of just being miserable, stinging, eye watering, and feeling just awful in general. My granddaughter asked me if I was having Easter dinner on Sunday, I thought for a moment Easter dinner on Sunday ???? I hadn't even thought beyond Wednesday, I am usually good and try to stay quiet for a few days after the eye treatment, don't want to get a infection in that eye. I don't usually go out much, just to make sure I don't get around any bad germs, or let anything blow into my eye. Maybe if I make a list, my husband will go out and get what we need for a Easter dinner ??? We always shop during the week, the weekends have long lines, fighting for a parking place and just to many people everywhere. I always put clean sheets and pillow cases on the bed the morning of the treatment, sometimes as soon as I get home, I go to bed and try to take a nap, it helps a lot, having my eye closed for a time. They have this closed circuit TV for all of us waiting in the waiting room, it's usually about animals in the wild, and there is one part I despise, it animals catching other animals and eating them. I am about ready to go out and buy them some other DVD, maybe about traveling to romantic locations around the world !!! That's all us old people need, is watching the cruelty of animals crying and making pitiful noises while being eaten !!! My husband just got up, went out to get the newspaper, so I think I'll go down and watch a little news and have another cup of coffee. Have good Monday everyone. Sully, in Sunny California
