    3. Good Morning Dear Friends It's beautiful day, we got over a inch of rain here, I won't have to water for about 5 days. They say we will be under high pressure for several days, we are going to warm up, but that means wind, so that will dry out everything. But today is so beautiful, no clouds, into the 70's, and I will be able to get out into the garden. We ate late, so made breakfast burritos, put everything in them, but the kitchen sink. I think we'll skip lunch, and just make a early dinner, although with the time change (maybe that's why we weren't hungry earlier) and I won't be able to make it too early. I have some Chinese dumplings, maybe I'll make them for a snack? tide us over till dinner! I am also thinking about your shoulder surgery, Robert, hope it goes well, and you get full use of the shoulder after your Rehab !!! My husband had shoulder surgery two years ago, it wasn't all he hoped for, but the surgeon came out and showed my boys and I pictures they took of the inside of the area, and he had so much arthritic, I think from all the rebar he carried on his shoulder when he first went into ironwork. Some of his friends keep telling him to go get it done again, but the older you are when you have surgery, the harder it is on you, and the rehab time is longer. So he doesn't think he wants to go through it again, he told me "I don't plan on doing much that I need a new shoulder for" his words not mine !!!! But I am rooting for you Robert, hope all goes well and your back outside doing Yard work by late summer, or at least early Fall. I have been watching House Hunters on HGTV for about three weeks now and I see that our housing market is WACKY here in California, especially here in Orange County, 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes, can't find anything move in ready, for under 450 thousand dollars, and something with all up grades, baths and kitchen, are upward and over 550 thousand, and that's not in the prime locations. In a lot of the states, if your willing to move into the suburbs, you get so much more for the dollar. But I am to old to change now, all my children live here, and who knows, I know we will need their help in the not to distance future, if not just to check up on us from time to time. If something happened to my husband, I wouldn't want to live in this house by myself, I would have to have my children help me decide where and what to do with my GOLDEN YEARS ( I don't know what's golden about them ???) Some times when I wake up in the middle of the night, and lay there, my thoughts go to how old we are, and the health problems we have now, and how they are only going to get worse, SCARY. But than I wake up, the sun is shinning, I make the coffee, sit and drink my first cup looking out into my garden ,with all the flowers that are already blooming, and think of what I am going to plant in a month, and all's right with the world. So all of you my cyber friends, have a good Sunday !!! Sully, in Sunny California
