    1. Re: [ML] My sweet granddaughter
    2. Well, I too have a beautiful granddaughter, but she's not a loving sort...More like a "Gimmeee' sort, actually. Occasionally when I give her clothes or other desired items she will thank me...but usually she just takes it like it is her right. I continue to give her things because Son is on a military pension and doesn't have enough to live on...She was hubby's pet, her sweet, warm , loving brother was MY baby...He's so full of warmth and love and she is cold and calculating....Her Mama ruined her when she was growing up... Guess your doggie knew something was going to happen, huh? I too had trouble sleeping last night..went to sleep about 2 and woke up at 3 , saw something crawling on my wall...Okaayy...No one can see in my bedroom window out front so I took down the curtains so I can enjoy the huge maple tree out front and assorted shrubs and bushes....At first I thought' Something is on my side window...then realized it was in the light reflection from my front window...I watched it crawl around, trying to figure out what the heck it was...Tree frog? Hmnnnn...too big, too many legs....Made me think of a tarantula....Flashlight only turned the rain streaked window into a mirror....Oh well....It was OUTside and I was INside so I read myself back to sleep...Still don't know what it was, but I can assure you waking up with something crawling 'on your wall' less than 2 feet away sure does make it hard to get back to sleep at 3 Am...Hmnnn...If it were a little larger and longer I might think it was that 'Sandalander' little Mason was playing with Friday..Not even close in looks, though. I finally managed to talk him into putting the salamander outside under the leaves...First he said it was a creature...he's a mess....Jeannie T ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On Mon, 11 Mar 2013 23:55:46 -0400 (EDT) Shirley Sullivan <[email protected]> writes: > We just got home from watching our granddaughter Brooke, receive her > certificate of Achievement for being on the Deans Honor list again > this year, at California State University of Fullerton, for Business > and Economics, this is two in a row for her, I was so proud sitting > there as they called her name, and she walked up dressed in business > attire.
