    2. Shirley Sullivan
    3. My sons birthday was on Saturday the 16th, was that you grandsons Birthday too Jeannie ? Our son can cook too, especially when he wants to impress a lady !!! I always send our son home with lots of left overs, lemons off our tree, avocado's off our tree, gave him a ziplock bag of deli. turkey, 2 Oranges, almost half the cake, and the left over twice baked potato. I remember when my granddaughter use to love to sleep with me, she would climb up in my bed, and say I had the best bed in the world. I can remember when she was, maybe 3 years old, she liked to take her afternoon nap in my bed, she loved for me to pat her back as she went to sleep, so I would lay down next to her, and pat her back till she fell asleep, but I fell asleep too sometimes. I remember one time, she was patting my cheek as I woke up, she told me I had slept long enough, we needed a cookie. She was smart girl even as a child, she sometime talked like a adult, and did she have a memory. One time we were at Smith's market, I had my check book, but kind of panicked when I couldn't find my wallet, I told her my wallet wasn't in my purse. She looked at me and said, it's under your bed right by the chair, I said really, she said it fell out of your purse when you were looking for the stamps, sure enough when I got home there it was, right where she said it was !!! I hate to sound dumb, but what is a case of MRE'S, from your letter it has something to do with the Military, is it rations ???? My husband is in the kitchen making a cup of noodles, they are so salty, but I like all the noodles. I like Top Ramen better, you can add vegetables, maybe a little meat, on a cold afternoon, can be nice That Buzz is a great kid, he's one of those kids that knows way to much for his age, very sharp, and a good talker. My adult children, were like you said Jeannie, as soon as I said I was going shopping, they started running to the car, fought over who was going to sit up front with me, and I would have to settle the fight, with who would ride home in the front seat. I never thought I would miss those days, but I sometimes do. Well we pick up our granddaughter early tomorrow morning at the airport, so better get some shuteye. Sully in Sunny California
