I don't eat ground beef because I don't like it. I only use it for for meatballs. I use ground chicken for meatloaf and for burgers. I'm not a big fan of turkey either. The few times I had the turkey I thought it was dry, but maybe that was the cooking. My cousin uses ground turkey all the time, and will buy things like sausages made with ground turkey because she doesn't eat beef. You should be able to use it in any recipe instead of beef, so just find something that has a lot of other seasonings like chili, or something with a lot of onions, or meatloaf. I found this website - http://www.sixsistersstuff.com/2013/02/50-delicious-ground-turkey-recipes.ht ml Good luck, let us know how it turns out. Thanks for all the comments concerning Ground Turkey. Now I just have to decide what recipe I will try using first. I might just try it in my mom's meatball recipe. That one also has Ground Italian Sausage in it. I will let everyone know how I like the switch.
