I know that old man could have spun some fine tales...but who knew to listen? I see little old men doddering along the street when I am out and about and often wonder what tales they could tell, of when they were young and strong, with families depending on them to make a living and share a happy home...Hubby took part in about a dozen Atomic bomb tests when he was in the Army, but to look at him you would never know....There are people who would LOVE to have shared those experiences....Thanks for sharing!
