It was heaven for anyone who loves fish but I don't. They had all kinds of fish but only 4 things for people who don't like fish. The place was packed. People are getting money from some where. To my friends who are mothers, have a great one, and to my mother up in Heaven, love you mum, Barbie ____________________________________________________________ Transformation of America? 3. I do not know if it is age or just plain old good sense but I really do not enjoy going to many of the better restaurants anymore. Their prices are unrealistic, their wait staff often snooty, and food often too exotic for me. Yesterday afternoon Suzy and I took her dog, Riley, to the Rabies Clinic. Riley behaved exceptionally good and I decided we all deserved a treat. So off to the Range House Restaurant drive through window we went. If you are ever in Knoxville, do plan to have a meal there. We both wanted their Chicken Liver and Onion Dinner which is only $6.99. This comes with more livers than the two of us and Riley can eat in two meals, two sides - I had real mashed potatoes and deep fried okra also plenty for two meals, and bread of choice. I wish they included more than two fresh homemade yeast rolls or cornbread muffins. The livers are pan fried, just like we make ourselves and not over seasoned. This is my kind of meal and I enjoyed it just about as much as any meal I can remember. This is also our Mother's Day meal and I just finished my lunch and it was just as great as it was last night. To all who may be eating out, please remember, for many restaurants this is their busiest day of the year. So please be patient and understanding.
