Their were 6 responses to Sully's email but I only got 3. It happens a lot. Does anyone experience this? Barb
A big cause of that problem is not keeping them threaded. Some use the subject but in a new message, instead of using "reply to". It is much easier to follow the flow of a conversation when using "reply to". Recently that seems to be happening more often. I frequently have to do an ML search to find all the messages on one subject. Yours may be there but hiding from you.
