Planed my menu for our Super Bowl Party, always make home made Nacho's, fry my own tortilla chips in strips, refried beans, than I make spicy ground beef, two kinds of cheese, green chilies, diced tomatoes, 3 kinds of salsa, Oh also sliced avocado and to top it off sour cream, everyone puts on what they like, I look forward to nacho's every year, to around it off with lime beer, or Margaritas. My granddaughters husband to be, just turned 22, so I bought a cake ( I still don't have a oven, so can't bake him a cake) they put Happy Birthday on it and so, THAT'S DESSERT. Just the four of us, makes it easier for me. Just got home from shopping, put everything away, now I am going in to watch "House Hunters" WHO COULD ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE !!!
