Gosh you have really had a bad time with your eyes. My husband and I both had the cataracts done. I have had the laser done on one eye. Think I need it on the other one now. We both go to a regular eye Dr. that can do surgery and all that. There are several drs. in the one place and they have the center for doing the eye surgery in another building. Gosh you check in there, Have a gown on top, Do some drops in the eyes, give you a happy pill and wouldn't know you had any thing done except he pulled an eye lash out of the way and I felt that, he told me what he did, I know I just moaned a little bit and back out. Then you go in another room, recover some and are driven home. Have drops for a certain time, about three different ones with different times for them.. My husband went to him today, he hadn't been since 2002. He said with the surgery your eyes don't change all that much as far as vision. We had gone because it had been so long and his eyes were watering alot. So have some drops for that. Some of the ducts aren't working right, we will try this first, if not better than there are other ways to open them up. He said the back of his eyes are good, no disease. Thank goodness for that. So we just paid for the dialation, $35 and go back in a couple of weeks. He never wore his glasses all the time any way.
