    1. [ML] Happy Valentines Day
    2. Dear Friends I want to wish you all a very nice Valentines Day, My sweetheart of 56 years, made me breakfast this morning, pancakes, sausage, and eggs, was all so good. Also this morning a flock of Parrot's came flying over our house, squeaking real loud, I told my husband they were saying "Happy Valentines Day" all you people. They are so green, even with my bad eye site, I could see how green they are, they don't fly very high, so they are easy to see !!! They must have nests in the Palm trees two street over, that would be fun to see a Parrots nest. Some people don't like them, because their so noisy, but I don't sleep as much as I use to, or as much as I would like to, so they can squeak as much as they want to. It seems the older I get the more I appreciate birds, well, really most wild life, they are so much fun to watch. When we used to go up to Winchester Bay to a RV park in our motor-home, in Oregon, we used to see Canadian Geese as they stopped to rest on their way to or from Canada. Depends on if we went in the spring, or Fall, they were always resting in this big field, also their was some elk in that same field too. We haven't traveled in our motor home for over three years now, we were talking about maybe taking a few short trips this year, it depends on our health, but no more long trips for us, just can't do it anymore. All of you, have a good day, just do something you like doing !!! Sully, in Beautiful Sunny California

    3. Happy Valentine's Day to you too, Sully. That was sweet of your husband to make you breakfast. Oh I'd hate for my husband to attempt to cook. Let's just say he's way too creative. :-) We got married 45 years ago today at 7:00 p.m. We were together all day decorating my parents' home where the wedding was held. He went home about an hour and a half before the ceremony to get dressed. I was concerned that he wouldn't make it back on time but he did. It misted rain all day and that night the fog was so bad we could barely see the road. My Mother-in-law had a parrot that could talk. Someone gave it to her after it was trained. They could no longer keep it. That bird was a mess. My husband picked at it. He would stick the cat's tail just close enough the bird would reach for it but couldn't get it. The bird would bite my husband though and then laugh. It sounded like a room full of people laughing. Every time my husband would come into the house the bird would say "where's that cat?" There was a knock on her door one day while she was in the bathroom. The bird said, "come on in" so when she got back to the living room, two men were sitting on her couch. She locked the door from then on. We love to travel too but haven't been anywhere the past three years since Daddy had to have constant care. Now Mother can't be left by herself. I don't know if we will get to travel any more or not but if we don't, that's okay too. Hope everyone has a good day.
