Having Corned Beef and cabbage, with little red potatoes, carrots. If I can find the time, I'll make some green Soda Bread. When my children were still in school, I always made green bread the day before, and made a sandwich on green bread for their school lunch, sometimes I would also make a green cake. My son who's birthday was yesterday, was born the day before St' Patrick's day, so we named him James Patrick Sullivan. Not knowing, but found my husbands grandfather, had a brother with the same name, It makes his name twice as sweet now !!! Have a great St Patrick's day, where ever you are !!!
