It was overcast this morning, and a bit chilly for California, they say may get a few sprinkles tomorrow, hope so !!! For all of those friends who wished me a Happy Anniversary, I say a big thank you. We didn't do anything exciting, we both made a nice big breakfast that morning, than I did some laundry, cleaned up the kitchen. It was so nice when the sun did come out, we sat out in our lawn swing, my husband had a beer and I had a glass of wine, I ended up making, hot turkey sandwich's, left over mashed potatoes, I had lots of left over gravy. This is one of my husbands favorites, he loves "HOT TURKEY SANDWICH'S" so that's what I made. We both fell asleep watching TV, it was a quiet easy day, just what we wanted. All our adult children and my one granddaughter called to wish us a Happy Anniversary, it tells you we did something right when we raised them. When you have been married this long, it's the sweet quiet times that are the best !!! Sully in cloudy California
