I asked Buzz about what one could do about the many tornadoes and his answer was simple " NOTHING! " I told him not so fast, I had a theory that I wanted to run by him.....They seed clouds with some sort of chemicals to make them rain...so what if they kept an eye open for bad clouds that looked like it might be a tornado cloud and send a big airplane full of those chemicals to dump on the cloud when it was way out in the country somewhere. wouldn't that make it rain and stop the tornado from forming ? Well, he thought that over awhile and after a few questions about this process he opined that it just might work! IF it didn't work he had one bit of advice...'PRAY!' I told him that was a good plan...He decided to do something about it himself...since he can stop and start rain, so he began his usual annoying prayer" God please don't let tornadoes hurt people and blow away their house " Over and over....
