    3. We have two Mulberry trees. These are fruitless Mulberrys. Thank goodness. When we lived in Chico, there was one that had the berrys, and what a mess. Of course the kids were small then. So you know how they looked. yuck. The grass doesn't grow good under the trees, Of course that is because there is alot of shade which we need in our summers. Hot, although don't know if summer will ever come as the weather forcast is showers, rain, showers, rain, thunderstorms and wind for the next week. Don't know. I would like to get out side again and get some work done in the yard. Gees. 3. We had two mulberry trees at the end of our driveway when I was a child. We lived on 5 acres and there were apple and cherry trees, as well as peach and apricot trees in our backyard and then a long driveway to the road where the mulberry trees were. They were loaded with purple fruit and my sister, brothers and I loved to climb up in the limbs and eat the berries....that is until one time when we noticed worms on them. My mother looked at them closer and found all the berries were wormy and that was the last of our mulberry fruit picking. The birds loved them though and we always had purple bird droppings on the driveway. Dad finally cut the trees down. juanita > We have two Mulberry trees. These are fruitless Mulberrys.
