Dear Connie, Yes, this is what I have; it gets better and it gets worse. I use the antibiotics orally and creams on my legs, so the skin will not break. The description below describes it perfectly. I had never heard of it before until last year. When I saw pictures of how it can get, I have tried to really take take care of it.
