    3. It seem many people have no consideration of others, NIMBY, but deaf dumb and blind to anyone else's. Naturally a rooster crow in daylight but it is not natural for a rooster to be in a 80x100 lot., and there are birds that are not crowers. Don't suggest guineas they never shut up even at night. Good on bugs but hard on sleep. Worst PEAFOWL very great watchdogs, if you don't care who they flog or that they tell you a skunk just walked by at 2 am. Also if the moon or car lights blink. Years ago, our next door neighbor had a coon dog. It bark all day and almost all night to I finally ask them if they could leave him out in the mornings at a later time. My kids window was right above where they would leave him out. Can't remember if they did. They had him tied on a very short lease and didn't care about him. One day, when they were not home, I went over the wall and started petting him. There was a chair out there and I thought that maybe he doesn't want to lay on the cement. I brought the chair forward and he jumped on it and never barked again. Then they did something that was so cruel. They stuck him way in the back of there yard in a tiny cage and he put some kind of netting for him to walk on and all his bodily functions dropped to the ground below. One day when I was in our pool with these kids from next door. The smell was so bad and I said something to the kids about it and they gave him away. Next dog was a springer spaniel, a real beauty. They tied him up to on a very short lease. He just walked and walked around that area and the flies were biting his nose really mad. I told the neighbor about his nose and he gave him a bath and stuck him right back where he was before. Their dog was mated to a friends spring spaniel and she had 9 pups. M. said he didn't want a dog. Well anyway, the dog got loose one day and ran through my newly planted garden and I screamed his name. Next day gone. It seems that some people like having dogs so they can mistreat them. One other goofy neighbor had a rooster that crowed at 5:00 a.m. and a duck. You want security, get a duck. Well, every time that rooster crowed, I dialed their number. I complained to the city and all was gone.
