Well, it's been 16 days now since Sherry retired and we haven't slowed down yet... repairing the old house, building chicken coop, hauling and spreading bentonite, etc, etc.... every few days we'll take a break... a much needed break! We're both too old to be working that hard. No real new to impart. We've gotten a lot done but still have tons more to do.... Today We're going to San Saba so I can get a haircut and to pick up some plumbing parts... yeah, as much as I hate plumbing work, that's what I'l be working on later today... jest one of those things.. It's still bone dry in Central Texas with no rainfall in sight... could someone please send rain? One positive point is that we haven't seen any more rattlesnakes, which is a good thing.... on the other hand, I don't really mind seeing rattlers. It's the ones that I don't see that bother me.. I'm funny like that. lol Helen in New Zealand... dunno of your ears have been burning or not but we've been discussing you... most of us have been downright worried since we haven't heard from you since the big earth quake...We are all so very happy you and your family are okay. Anyhow, that about sums it up....off for a haircut and plumbing parts... Hope everyone has a really great day! The Dougster :-)*
