Dear fellow listers, Looking for information on descendants of: Ephraim Sawyer born 6 Sept 1767 Falmouth, ME died April 12 1814, buried Evergreen cemetery, Portland, ME married 3 Feb 1799 Portland, ME Abigail Ingersoll born 1774/75 West Falmouth, ME died 11 Nov 1851 Falmouth, Me? buried Evergreen cemetery Children: Eliza Sawyer born 1803 died 17 July 1874 Mary R Sawyer born 1807 died 10 Sept 1904 Bath, Me Edwin Sawyer born Jan 1810 Falmouth, Me married Emily Stevens (my line) The town of Falmouth has no records on Ephraim. His stone says Capt, Capt of what? A ship? He couldn't of served in the REV WAR as he was only 9 at the time. Edwin's death record says he was a confectioner and died of Enpipilas? Would like to make contact with descendants or find out more info on Ephraim and Abigail Thanks I have the book Sawyer families of New England.
