His father's name was Louis; his mother was Elba ANDREWS. Louis was born in 1866 in Portland. Louis married Mary MACLEAN HOOPPELL of Montreal in 1893 in Little Falls, NY. He was a laborer. He died on the Quebec Bridge sometime before 1915. He was not listed among the men who died when the bridge collapsed in 1907. Thanks. Bonnie
